Process and Materials
Algorithmic Translation
Custom scripts analyse the structure of a source text—its rhythm, themes, semantic clusters—and distil this data into three-dimensional blueprints.
Digital Sculptural Modelling
In virtual space, I refine those blueprints into forms that echo the organic irregularities of living matter.
Physical Construction
I build each piece by hand, using recycled plastics, plaster, acrylic, and found materials. The result is a tactile object that balances crisp technological rigor with the warmth of human touch.
Finish
Finally I apply a decorative layer of improvised symbols to reference the dismantling and re-imagining of languageat work within the piece.
Concept and Inquiry
Narrative as Terrain
I treat each text as a living biology: limbs curved by plot twists, bodies formed by subtext, and hidden twists and streches of symbolism. By translating written words into sculptural form, I invite viewers to traverse these internal landscapes and discover new ways of reading.
The Invisible Made Visible
With the rise of AI, words have taken on new vector relationships—hidden connections that no longer fit on the printed page. My aim is to materialize that latent geometry, revealing the neural cartography of language and thought.
